1. Data we process

Contact details (name, email, phone, company) you send when you contact us or request a quote; data needed for orders and invoicing (delivery and billing address, tax ID, contact person details).

The website does not use cookies and includes no analytics or tracking tools. If we add such tools, we will ask for your consent and update this page.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Answering enquiries and preparing quotes (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR); performing contracts, delivery and invoicing (point b); accounting and tax legal obligations (point c); defending our rights (point f).

3. Recipients

We may share data with: hosting and infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services), email providers, accountants and advisers, courier/transport companies, and authorities where required by law. We conclude data processing agreements with our processors. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

4. Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the purpose: enquiries without an order, up to 12 months; financial and accounting records as required by law (generally 10 years); other data until consent is withdrawn or the legitimate interest ends.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to us at office@flavorscout.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, restricted access) to protect data.

We may update this policy; the current version is published on the site with its last update date.
